Milk Kefir is a fermented milk, either dairy or nut milk, that is simple to make with a live culture providing a myriad of probiotics that actively repopulate the gut.

Milk kefir is enjoyed as a delicious gut healing alternative to yogurt. Many enjoy milk kefir in smoothies, as an addition stirred into yogurt or as a base to dips and dressings. Milk kefir can also be made into cheese, both soft and firm which is delicious.

This Milk Kefir Culture Pack includes approx 1 tablespoon of my own live milk kefir culture grown with local raw pasture raised cows milk.

This pack also includes a recipe card that details the basic recipe, soft and firm cheeses, whey, caring for your live grains and more.

Kombucha Live-Culture Pack

Kombucha Scoby

Kombucha is a fermented tea that is simple to make with sweetened tea and a live culture. Kombucha provides a myriad of probiotics that actively repopulate the gut and is known to boost energy.

Kombucha is enjoyed as a delicious and refreshing health supporting beverage that can be flavoured to suit. I prefer to do so medicinally with fresh herbs and food grade therapeutic doTERRA essential oils, particularly doTERRA’s citrus oils which are actually cold pressed oils from the citrus zest.

This Kombucha Live Culture Pack includes 1 Kombucha SCOBY grown with organic green and black tea, organic raw sugar and chemical free water.

This pack also includes 1 cup of starter tea, also needed when setting up your first batch and a recipe card that details the basic recipe, bottling and flavouring guidelines, continuous brew options and caring for your SCOBY and more.
