This comprehensive, enlightening and unique gut healing workshop I created in 2015 from a place of passion, having strived for my own gut health for the majority of my life. Over the years I have polished every aspect of this workshop plus presented it around Australia and online to other health professionals with great success. I empower you with practical, individualised techniques for gut health and healing which consequently improve your overall health.

This workshop incorporates foundational gut health education, which in my opinion is crucial, plus complete tuition for homemaking kombucha, milk kefir, milk kefir cheeses, non dairy milk kefir, fermented vegetables, fermented condiments right through to how to ferment anything. I also equip you with a quality basic set up, so you leave with your fermentation journey already underway.

I discuss store bought ferments with what’s really important so you can still experience gut healing if homemaking is not entirely your thing. This workshop is for everybody wanting more health, whether you love creating in the kitchen or not.

We also discuss lifestyle and our home environment that directly impact our gut health. I share my use of plant medicines especially essential oils and what’s important to consider in our modern world. You will make many connections here to expand and uplift your entire lifestyle, contributing to healing your gut on an everyday basis that extends far beyond fermenting food.
