We settle into the group together with energetic clearing and activation of sacred space. I then tune in and give voice to intuitive inspirational guidance with the intention to uniquely resonant with all who are present plus reflect our collective healing. This is the same work as I do with individuals in an Intuitive Reading, but rather in a group setting and applicable to the entire group.
We then move into a held quiet space, allowing time for personal integration and a deep restorative meditative experience in which I flow as guided with sound healing tools, my favourite quality aromatherapy, crystal and energetic healing.
We rise and return often feeling light yet grounded, transformed and uplifted. The healing circle is 90mins with at least 1hr of that in circle then with the remainder included for a healing snack (provided) for those who would like to stay and connect.
